Vicki De'Ath and Pam Arnott, Directors of VP Executive Support, have over 30 years combined corporate, secretarial and administrative experience covering a wide range of areas and industries. Vicki is dedicated to providing an exceptional service for her clients. Her professional approach to each task is testament to her many years' experience working for CEO's, Directors and Managers in both the public and private sectors and has experience in the following industries:

  • General administration and PA experience in government departments and universities
  • Owner/Director of Jindalee Secretarial & Office Support
  • Experience in the golf/hospitality industry
  • Tournament Administrator for the Queensland PGA
  • Assistant to the Manager of a public golf course
  • Corporate Golf Executive for one of Queensland best 5 star resort golf courses

Vicki has acquired a range of skills during her career, including word processing and desktop publishing, a fast and accurate typing speed, shorthand and dictaphone transcription, executive assistant duties including diary management and travel coordination, event management of professional golf tournaments and corporate golf days to name a few.

Having experienced working in such a wide range of industries, including being a partner in a secretarial service, Vicki is delighted to be able to utilize her skills to be able to assist businesses who require executive secretarial support in a “virtual” capacity. With new technology available, Vicki is enjoying being able to work Virtual Assistant which provides her with the flexibility to work hours to suit herself and her clients.

Pam's career consists of 11 years' experience in administration and event management at the Greg Norman Golf Foundation, which included:

  • Office administration
  • Tournament organization – international, interstate, intrastate and local golf events
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • Sponsorship
  • Media liaison
  • Desktop publishing
  • Fundraising events
  • Website maintenance
  • Corporate Golf Day organisation

A number of years experience in office management and residential and corporate membership management for one of Queensland 's best 5-star resort golf courses, also incorporated the role of Community Manager for a prestigious residential golf course development. Pam has been instrumental in developing and implementing a Community Program for an excepted 800 home owners. This award winning residential development is part of Australia 's fastest growing residential, educational, retail and business development.

Retail experience early in her career, alongside 3 years volunteer work as a VIP Coordinator for Lollipop at the Mater Children's Hospital was followed by a business partnership with her Golf Professional husband in several Queensland Golf Shops.
